Phase 1 – Discovery:

The purpose of the Discovery Phase is to clearly define the current situation in terms of operations, goals, and challenges. Usually this stage involves a 1-2 day on-site visit to meet with key stakeholders. The results include a detailed Discovery Document based on the findings and interviews as well as educating key stakeholders on the process to gain full buy-in.

 

Phase 2 – Strategic Outline:

The purpose of the Strategic Outline Phase is to create an action plan by blending together the results of the preceding Discovery Phase with the proven methods of Swift Kick’s community engagement strategies. The results include a detailed action plan on how to move key metrics to the desired results as well as outlining the resources needed to implement each tactic.

 

Phase 3 – Implementation/Action:

The purpose of the Implementation/Action Phase is to implement the plan that was outlined during Phase 2. During this phase we track the success of each tactic and adjust as needed. Additional staff training may be needed during this phase. The results include both quantitative and qualitative tangible results as each tactic is put into action.

 

Phase 4 – Maintenance (Optional):

The purpose of the Maintenance Stage is for Swift Kick to provide the ongoing strategical/logistical support to continue the plan outlined in Phase 2 and implemented in Phase 3. During this phase, almost all the work is done remotely by professionally trained Swift Kick staff members. The results include constant focus by the Swift Kick staff on hitting goals and milestones as well as bi-weekly status reports.
